I had stomach acid treatment for a month but nothing really changed since then, what should I do?

there are some lifestyle modifications that you need to be doing to including less caffeine, less chocolate, ... because they increase the reflux process, in addition to less stress and no heavy meals late at night and it depends which type of medication you are taking because there are different classes of medication that works on decreasing the acidity and reflux. if neither work then you need to see a specialist for an gastroscopy.

I agree with doctor Karim about lifestyle and diet. one month treatment is not enough, it's need minimum 4 months, but you need medical investigation to know the reason of your gastric pain,
