I had broke (cut) my hand from a fall very long time ago.. (and had a surgery) Now a days, I'm not feeling my 2nd finger (under the thumb) I can close my fingers, but the top part doesn't close well
These are signs of nerve compression, be it related to you previous injury and operation, or something of new-onset. You need to be examined by a physician (a family physician, or a bone specialists "orthopedic surgeon") to better localize the ailment and maybe do imaging of the affected hand.
