a urine infection needs to be documented by a urine analysis and urine culture in order to isolate the potential causative germ (bacteria) and treat accordingly with the correct antibiotic; you cannot judge for sure that you actually have a urine infection based upon urinary symptoms (like burning upon urination, or dribbling, or urinary frequency etc.), not to mention that anti inflammatory medications do not treat a urine infection.
