Dr. Jihad Achkar Otolaryngology (ENT)
It's true that bad breath can be of gastro-esophageal origins. Reflux, fungal infections or indigestion are common causes. If you are suffering from reflux symptoms, you can start by addressing that by taking over the counter medicines. Otherwise, consult with a specialist (ENT or Gastroenterologist).

Dr. Rita Mouawie Dentistry
Even though teeth might seem clean to the unexperimented eye, sometimes bad breath could be due to hidden problem such as badly adapted crowns/bridges, dental tartar, septum syndrome (gap between posterior teeth), etc... get a check up at your dentist to be sure.
