I exercice three times a week..I don't eat "3ajin"..I only eat oat bread..I am after a diet..I am not fat at all.but I want to remove the lower of my "mi3de".how?it is been 7 months I am exercising.

well you can't target your weight loss to a specific muscle to lose the fat there ,it would take time but it will work at the end .remember to increase fibers in your diet ,drink plenty of water and fluids and stay hydrated and NOT to miss the breakfast meal.
