I dont have blood in urine but i have vaginal discharges same as ovulation but its not its time i dont have urination problems and pains but have all other symptoms you mentioned except fever
Vaginal bleeding in small amounts (doesn't soak one pad every 2 hours and doesn't contain clots) , usually brownish but could be bright red, continues up to 6 weeks post miscarriage, at which point the regular menstrual period should resume. As long as it's not heavy bleeding and you don't have fever, it should be OK. If you're still concerned, follow up with your obstetrician, it's advisable that you get a proper vaginal exam after pregnancy loss.
Usually it is advisable after 6 weeks of miscariage to be checked by your doctor for follow up ,blood tests ,urine test ,gynecological examination and an ultrasound .
other possible causes that may cause your symptoms might be a ""non clean ""miscarriage as people use to describe where there is still residue of the previous pregnant tissues or placenta still in the womb that raise the risk of infection
other than that may be SIMPLY A COMING PERIOD ,you may be having your period, usually after miscarriage the first month you can have a period not on time or after 30-40 days of miscarrying ,you can wait if the period comes
if the pain is unbearable ,develop a fever go directly to the doctor
Don't forget the check up to be on the safe side

Annual Checkup
It is recommended that all individuals see a Family Doctor for a full medical examination annually. Adults should get their blood pressure checked (US Preventive Task Force), a flu vaccine (CDC) and more each year.
The American Dental Association recommends dental cleanings for adults at least twice annually. Some stains can only be removed by a professional cleaning.
It’s recommended by the American Academy of Ophthalmology that every adult between the ages of 18 and 80 does an eye examination at least once every two years.
It's recommended by the American Cancer Association that every adult between the age of 20 and 80 does an annual skin screening by a licensed dermatologist.
