Your body mass index (BMI), which is the accepted standard measure of overweight and obesity, is 22.76, which classifies your weight as normal according to your age and gender. You do not need to lose weight. You may want to tone up your muscles by doing exercise, such as walking and aerobics, for 30-40 minutes, 3 times per week. Also make sure your diet is balanced, healthy (minimize junk food), and varied so that you provide your body with its needs of carbs, proteins, fats, minerals and vitamins.
