I apologize, I have not realized that this question was a follow-up to the previous question. Inexplicable weight loss deserves proper evaluation by a physician in the clinic. It could be, as I have previously mentioned, a simple matter of spending more energy than you are consuming. Other more serious medical conditions still need to be ruled out, particularly that you have mentioned that you do not exercise and your job does not involve physical effort. You need to consult a physician for further investigation.
