I see. The only thing that would worry us with recurrent use of antibiotics is the overgrowth of harmful bacteria, specifically clostridium difficile, which would cause colitis in the intestines. A safe option would be to do a stool culture to rule out this possibility, because if it indeed it exists, it requires an additional antimicrobial agent, usually metronidazole given orally. Otherwise and as I have already explained in my previous response, a probiotic supplement should help alleviate the diarrhea. And of course as we always advise patients: discuss this issue with your treating physician.
