I buy contact lenses that last a month, is it okay to sleep in them? Taking them off and putting them again is time consuming every day!

Dr. Jihad Menassa Ophthalmology
It is not recommended to sleep with contact lenses, this will increase risk of infection of the cornea and cause permanent damage and hence decrease or even loss of vision. The other option is doing laser vision correction and getting rid of glasses and contact lens

Contact lens should be used for a certain time in the day and must be removed when you sleep as it will decrease the oxygenation of the cornea and increase the risk of infection.
