I am taking Clindamycin, 300 mg, 2 pills 3 times/day of a dosage of (too much?). Not taking rifampicin, is it required in the treatment process?

For accurate diagnosis of a dermatologic condition more so than any other medical condition, a direct visualization of the skin lesions (zits or others) is a must. I therefore urge to see a dermatologist, and not self-administer any treatment just because you have read online that this is the optimal treatment for your condition, because:
A- The diagnosis may be wrong in the 1st place
B- You do not know the correct dosage of this medication, and in your case it looks like you are actually on a wrong dose of clindamycin, and you are already experiencing the side effects of the drug
