No, Curacne (tretinoin or retinoic acid) and masturbation are not related. Curacne, however, can cause elevation in the liver enzymes an cholesterol levels, so you need to do blood levels of these every 4-6 months. If at any point you plan to get pregnant, Curacne must be stopped few months before because this drug has teratogenic effects on fetuses (it causes birth defects).
