I am feeding him like 100-120 ml every 2.30 to 3 hrs I was not able to increase the bottle volume to 150 as he refuses to eat more than 120ml. Even at night, I have to wake up to feed him...

Dr. Zakia Dimassi Pediatrics
At about 2 months of age, an infant may be taking 120-150 milliliters of formula milk at each feeding and the feedings may be every 3-4 hours.
But you will notice that your baby's appetite increases especially during the first 3 months of life, when a growth spurt occurs in the following periods:
7-14 days old
between 3-6 weeks
4 months
6 months
You should respond by continuing to feed on demand and increase the number of feedings as needed. Another point to stress is that you should resist the urge to finish feeding the bottle when your baby shows signs of being full, so proceed till he gets all the 150 ml.
