I am 43 years old, and as i was doing the breast echo for the first time, the doctor found an ill defined nodule of less than one cm and advised me to do a tissue Tissue examination. Should I do it ?
the only solution to you is to have a core needle biospy or fine needle aspiration (short procedure, and not painful) for a final diagnosis as it is the only way to make sure.
your can have a Breast MRI (3 tesla machine) to be a better idea of what it is , but again, the final diagnosis is by analysing under microscope a sample of this suspicious nodule .
