I am 17 year old...i have been going to gym since 1 year but i am just 64 kg and my mass is not increasing and no progress ...i tried many protein supplements but it was unhelpful

Possible underlying pathology, such as hyperthyroidism (an over active thyroid gland), or problems in nutrient absorption from the gut (as is the case in conditions like celiac disease, which results from gluten -the protein in wheat- sensitivity, and is associated with continuous inflammation of the intestines, and thus poor ability to absorb nutrients) need to be ruled out.
If all turns out to be normal, you are advised to consult a nutritionist to devise a proper diet plan to aid you in building up muscle mass without jeopardizing the health of your heart and blood vessels.
