Dr. Rania Mousa General Medicine
Depending on the given weight and height you have your body mass index BMI is 30.11 and then you are considered obese
you are considered of normal weight if your weight is equal or below 65 kilos
then you have by now 15 kilos to be in the normal range of your weight .
Putting a goal to reach is an important point but remember if you lose weight quickly you will gain lt again quickly beside the stretch marks that can appear due to the fluctuation of weights ups and downs quickly where your skin can't get to the rapid change of weight and causes stretch marks to appear .
so form the above mentioned points ,it is advised that you lose these 15 kilos not more than 0.5-1 kilo per week only .
put your plan goal and be patient you will reach it ,if you put a simple plan you can tolerate it better and be on it better than planning a hard schedule that fails most of the time ,make a schedule that you can follow .
for example if you put a plan to lose 3 kilos /month it will take you 5 months to reach your normal weight ,look now it is easy only you have to lose 3 kilos /month whereas if you put a hard plan like losing 7 kilos you will end depressed and you feel you will fail and again fail in achieving your goals beside the above mentioned side effects of stretch marks and gaining weight after .
these are the steps to be followed :
If you want to lose weight faster, you'll need to eat less and exercise more.
Limiting salt and starches may also mean losing more weight at first -- but that's mostly fluids, not fat.
For rapid weight loss, focus on fruits, veggies, egg whites, soy products, skinless poultry breasts, fish, shellfish, nonfat dairy foods, and 95% lean meat.
Here are more tips :
-Eat vegetables to help you feel full.
-Drink plenty of water.
-Get tempting foods out of your home.
-Stay busy -- you don't want to eat just because you're bored.
-Eat only from a plate, while seated at a table. No grazing in front of the 'fridge.
-Don't skip meals.
-Keeping a food journal -- writing down everything you eat -- can also help you stay on track..
-Plan to do cardio and strength training.
Faster than this ,will be surgery.
