I'm not having an orgasm during sex, and sometimes it is mild. Is there any safe medication that can be used to fix that?

Dr. Nemer Charafeddine Obstetrics & Gynecology
60% of females won't have an orgasm during intercourse. Therapy is basically for both partners, i.e we treat the couple. For example, your partner may be having premature ejaculation, so you will not be having an orgasm & therefore you do not need treatment.
A lot of women will fake orgasms & thus end up in depression or emotional distress.
Discuss orgasm issues with your partner and seek medical advice for both of you.
