I have triplets aged 3 years and a half. They all have reflux. How much nexium (sachet) should I give them? Or should I give them another kind of nexium (15.5kg/14kg/12kg)?
Hi, 1-2mg per kg per day. It depends on how severe it is but usually one sachet 10mg may work once daily, unless it is very severe and it's stopping their growth. Also note that nexium is the best for sure but it is also expensive. Did your doctor prescribe it or are you starting it on your own? What is their age? Did they have reflux before? And how sure are you that it is reflux?

The American Dental Association recommends dental cleanings for adults at least twice annually. Some stains can only be removed by a professional cleaning.
It’s recommended by the American Academy of Ophthalmology that every adult between the ages of 18 and 80 does an eye examination at least once every two years.
It's recommended by the American Cancer Association that every adult between the age of 20 and 80 does an annual skin screening by a licensed dermatologist.
