Hi doctors if i had 2 miscariages before and i am triying again can i exercise ? walking and few stretchings is it safe in my case? And wt kind of sports is not recommended for me? thank you

Making exercise a regular habit before trying to conceive can help you feel good throughout your pregnancy, have more stamina for labor and delivery, and shed the baby weight faster. Exercise may even improve your fertility if you're struggling to conceive due to polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) or if you are overweight.
first of all many factors are important before giving the good answer
these factors are ,are you obese or overweight ,are you underweight or normal weight ,what are the causes behind your 2 miscarriage attempts ,do you have any medical condition ,are your blood tests normal ,...?many factors influence the right answer since some pregnant women may required by their doctor to stay form any stress and exercise is a kind of stress to body while some are encouraged to stay practicing to induce ovulation especially in overweight women where ovulation is influenced by proper diet and proper exercise .
however in general :
there are three kinds of exercises :
simple ,moderate ,and vigorous exercises
>simple ones are the simple everyday routine exercises like walking ,simple house working habits ,1-2 times aweek practicing 30 min ,swimming because it's zero-impact and it offers a enjoyable
>brisk walking, leisurely cycling, golfing, and gardening were considered moderate exercise.
>Running, aerobics, gymnastics, swimming, and intense bicycling were considered vigorous exercise
the time of conception if you are of normal or underweight is delayed if practicing vigorous intense exercise switch to simple to moderate ones ,Log 30 minutes or more of moderate-intensity cardiovascular exercise in the upper mentioned exercises
in overweight vigorous exercise ,help conceiving 30 min 5 a week
BUT
SINCE YOU HAVE 2 MISCARRIAGES engaging in five or more hours of vigorous exercise a week reduced the likelihood of getting pregnant in a given month by almost 50%, among women who had tried unsuccessfully to conceive for several months before .
Moderate exercise for any length of time was associated with small decreases in time to pregnancy for women of all body types.
Then yes having simple to moderate exercising is advised if no other problems that contraindicated by your doctor
eat healthy balanced food to stay norished and balanced
drink plenty of water to stay hydrated
start with folic acid supplements 400 micrograms if you are thinking of conceiving
have necessary sleep and rest to balance your body and make a good environment for a coming baby.
