Hematocrit 52.40% high, mch 26,10 low and mch 31.70 low. Dr. said I should donate blood but not share my results. Is it unethical? Symptoms: itching.

This depends on the reason why your doctor asked you not to disclose the reason for donating blood, and if this blood will be used in patients after you donate it or if it will be discarded. A blood with elevated hematocrit is usually more viscous than usual and this may be a contraindication to its use in patients who need blood, especially if these patients have blood diseases. Please discuss this with your treating physician and raise your concerns before donating blood.
