I assume it's a rectal temperature. It may be a low-grade temperature. Just watch him, and make sure he's drinking some water. If you're worried, call his doctor.
If the child is in a warm room or over dressed this might be the reason why he has a 37.5 temp. Watch him and make sure his activity and food consumption (milk, soft diet and water are normal)
37.5 is not normal it is low grade fever if it stays for more than 3 days book an appointment this kind of temperature if it lasts several days it gives a lot of fatigue
