Hello. I am doing a lot of workouts and increasing my diet in order to get bigger muscles! should i be worried about skin cracking? how to avoid it ?

If the skin gets enlarged fast and not progressively or the opposite in cases of rapid loss of weight and loss of weight, the skin can get affected and stretch marks (= skin cracking) can occur. So the advice would be do the workouts progressively and not intensely.
