It is possible that the source of the pain you are describing is the right ovary or the structures in the proximity of the right ovary (what we call the adnexa, which are tissues and blood vessels surrounding the ovary). Then again, the pain could also emanate from other structures located in the right lower part of the abdomen, like the appendix (الزائدة الدودية), or the large intestine. The only way to determine for sure the source of the pain is by having a physician perform an abdominal exam, and maybe get an ultrasound of the abdomen done.
