Few days ago i started feeling a little numbness in my fingertips of my right hand (especially when i wake up) is this a serious matter to be worried about? PS: it happened before and stopped alone.

It's difficult to determine from what you describe the cause of this numbness in your hand. Nothing to worry about for now. If it persists or spreads, consult your doctor for an evaluation. Treatment of numbness in hands depends on the underlying cause.
A common cause is Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. This is due to narrowing of the carpal tunnel which normally protects a main nerve to your hand. Pressure on this nerve can cause numbness in your wrist, fingers, hand or forearm.
