Dr. Zakia Dimassi Pediatrics
The normal pulse in the healthy adult is 60-100 beats per minute (bpm), so 65 bpm is still a normal reading. In fact, having a pulse of 90 bpm at rest is not so common so probably the previous reading was either inaccurate or that you had exerted effort shortly before it or were anxious or stressed out. The blood pressure is still OK as well. Just make sure you drink enough fluids everyday to avoid dehydration,.
