clinical hematologist is usually the specialist of empty bone marrow . the main reason at the age of 38 years old, it can be aplastic anemia, a kind of reaction where the bone marrow is completely fibrotic (sometimes it is due to a medication taken , or an infection .. the diagnosis is made by doing a bone marrow biopsy done the iliac bone, etc . the treatments depend on the nature of the bone marrow tests resuts . it goes from chemotherapy products to bone marrow transplantation
