Some negative impact on performance:
1-Headache, Caffeine has significant pharmacologic properties that can alleviate or generate headache symptoms.
2- Psychiatric, anxiety, nervousness, insomnia, irritability, and even panic attacks.
3- Osteoporosis, high coffee intake may be associated with lower bone mineral density and increased fracture risk in women.
4- Arthritis, increased risk for rheumatoid arthritis
5- Urinary frequency and incontinence, Caffeine intake is associated with increased urinary frequency and volume.
6- Caffeine dependence, abuse and withdrawal

Some positive impact: caffeine Athletic performance enhancement, improved performance across a wide range of physical activities.
