When the fasting blood levels of cholesterol are elevated, we need to look at the other lipid levels (triglycerides, LDL or the bad cholesterol, and HDL or the good cholesterol). Overall, and with no family history of lipid disease, the thing to blame is your diet. Young men who obsess about bodybuilding building may follow unhealthy diets, which in many cases can be high in fats and sugars. This could explain the high cholesterol level in your blood. Another major concern is the binge drinking: consuming an entire bottle of champagne (or other kinds of alcohol) over the weekend (I'm not sure exactly over how many hours) is dangerous. This can easily harm your liver. And the liver is essential in handling the dietary fats. So you must drop this habit.
Another issue is the cola. Three drinks over the weekend is as health hazardous as can be, knowing that each can contains an equivalent of 7 tablespoons of sugar. And you're surprised that your fasting blood sugar is elevated? Now there's still the possibility that the sugar is elevated because of the stress you were going through (the panic attack a day before). But this blood sugar value places you in the pre-diabetic category. You need to modify your diet and maybe have an HbA1C level done as well (this test indicates the sugar reservoir in your body so to speak).
Another point is if you're on acne treatment: retinoic acid causes elevation in cholesterol.

Annual Checkup
It is recommended that all individuals see a Family Doctor for a full medical examination annually. Adults should get their blood pressure checked (US Preventive Task Force), a flu vaccine (CDC) and more each year.
The American Dental Association recommends dental cleanings for adults at least twice annually. Some stains can only be removed by a professional cleaning.
It’s recommended by the American Academy of Ophthalmology that every adult between the ages of 18 and 80 does an eye examination at least once every two years.
It's recommended by the American Cancer Association that every adult between the age of 20 and 80 does an annual skin screening by a licensed dermatologist.
