Can a lullaby replace a walker/jumper? Can it motivate a baby to crawl, walk etc. on his own? I felt after reading your previous answer that safety comes first so I am trying to find alternatives...

A lullaby can be soothing and relaxing and promotes mother-child bonding; it cannot be compared to a walker or a jumper which have a completely different function. If you wish to encourage your baby to move around and crawl, you may play with him/her, put on music etc. And please note that in my previous reply, I did not say that a walker or jumper are an absolute no no, but I emphasized that you can use them for no longer than 30 minutes per day and under direct supervision of your child, to avoid preventable accidents.
