I can tell you one thing without the slightest doubt in mind: it is definitely NOT recommended!
On average, a standard pure milk chocolate bar (no other components like caramel or nuts, average net weight of 44 grams) contains 23 grams of sugar (about 3% of the recommended daily allowance RDA), and 13 grams of fat (about 20% of RDA), out of which 8 grams are saturated fats, and the rest is trans fats (the bad fats). So we're looking at an estimated 235 Calories from fats and sugars in a single bar of pure milk chocolate; if you're asking about five, do the math.
If you are looking for ways to add on weight, this is not the answer. Adding weight is not accomplished by consuming empty, even harmful, calories. You should still opt for healthy choices (baked and grilled sources of proteins, vegetables, healthy unsaturated fats, fruits, fibers, low fat dairies), and exercise to bulk up muscle mass. Otherwise, diabetes, heart and blood vessel disease, and even cancer, become a significant risk..
My advice: eat sugar free dark chocolate (NOT 5 bars though, 2-4 cubes per day are acceptable), it has great health benefits, including anti-oxidants which help (fight blood vessel and heart disease, lower blood pressure etc.

Annual Checkup
It is recommended that all individuals see a Family Doctor for a full medical examination annually. Adults should get their blood pressure checked (US Preventive Task Force), a flu vaccine (CDC) and more each year.
The American Dental Association recommends dental cleanings for adults at least twice annually. Some stains can only be removed by a professional cleaning.
It’s recommended by the American Academy of Ophthalmology that every adult between the ages of 18 and 80 does an eye examination at least once every two years.
It's recommended by the American Cancer Association that every adult between the age of 20 and 80 does an annual skin screening by a licensed dermatologist.
