Then it most likely is telogen effluvium. If you've started complaining of this condition less than 6 months ago, then it's acute (vs chronic if it lasts for more than 6 months). This condition usually resolves on its own within a few months. You could apply topical minoxidil, knowing that this medication is not always effective. And if your diet is not well balanced, you should definitely address this as a 1st step.
