After a nap 2 days ago woke up barely able to move with a painful twinge in my heart till today. Should I be alerted ? And what might be the reason of the twinge ?

I recommend that you seek medical attention to look into the following: the location of the pain, if it's radiating to surrounding areas like the back, left arm, left neck, is it getting better/worse/unchanged, is it associated with deep breaths, what makes it worse (ex exercise) or better, any associated symptoms like cough, fever, sweating, nausea, any recent illness (like a cold a couple of weeks ago), family history of cardiac disease, social habits (tobacco and alcohol), and stress.
The possibilities are many, from a simple musculoskeletal pain, to stress-induced chest pain (anxiety), to stomach acid reflux (heartburn), to inflammation of the layers around the heart (pericarditis).
