Yes it is. As I have previously stated, as long as your baby is gaining adequate weight, is meeting her developmental milestones, is alert, active and playful, and of course satisfied after nursing, it means she's getting her need of nutrients from milk and other foods. But please note that she most likely is not actually receiving milk all the time she's nursing (all night);try to limit the nursing time to around 15 min on each breast.
